Return Policy If your customer is unhappy with the product received, they may return it within 14 days of delivery. In addition to the 20% restocking fee which is assessed to returned items, resellers will be responsible for round trip shipping costs. All returns must be returned in their original packaging.
Damages: If an order arrives damaged, the reseller must notify EHO Studios and provide a clear picture of the damage within 7 days after delivery. EHO Studios is only responsible for If the customer does not wish to receive a repair or replacement for the damaged item, you may return the item for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee and the cost for shipping both ways per our standard return policy below.
Inspection: All orders must be thoroughly inspected by the customer, and must notate any damage on the delivery receipt. If the customer fails to notate the damage on their delivery receipt, EHO Studios will not be able to provide any refund or replacement. It is the resells responsibility to properly inform their customers of this policy.
EHO Studios retains the right to distribute refunds via Check. Settlement and refund checks are issued with the understanding that no other party has asserted, or will assert a claim or cause of action related to your settled shipment. Settlement and refund checks are an attempt to compromise on a disputed claim, and is not an admission of liability. Acceptance of our settlement or refund checks releases any and all salvage rights of the shipment in question and precludes the customer from issuing further claims against EHO Studios, subsidiaries and affiliates.
Currency EHO Studios is not responsible for an increase or decrease in the customer's foreign currency against the US Dollar. If there is a refund issued, it will be in the same amount of US Dollars as when the order was placed.
Cancellation Policy Customers can cancel their order only if it is within 24 hours it has sent confirmation back to EHO Studios regarding their specific order(s). Customers are liable to pay unless they cancel their purchase their order within this time.
Re-Delivery/Re-routed shipments If shipping on Eho Studios� account, our freight carrier will contact your customers directly to arrange appointments for delivery. If the customer is not home at their agreed upon delivery time or if they tell the carrier to come back at a later time a $55 - $120 fee for re-delivery will be levied onto the re-seller. The decision to schedule and attempt a re-delivery will be made solely at the carriers discretion.
If resellers customer chooses to re-route their shipment to be delivered to a different address, they will be responsible for any and all re-routing fees charged by the carrier.
We cannot accept returns on custom orders 24 hours after the confirmation has been sent from to EHO Studios.
Warranty & Cancellation Disclaimer By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you recognize that our estimated arrival times are purely estimates and we do not, in anyway, guarantee any delivery date. Returns not due to defect or damage merits the customer to pay round trip shipping charges as well as a 20% re-stocking fee. The customer can only cancel an order within 24 hours after EHO Studios has received order confirmation from the reseller. If an order is damaged or defective, reseller must file the damage claim within 7 days of delivery. If reseller is making a claim of defect, we will arrange to have the defective item picked up and inspected as long as we are emailed, at, sales@ehostudios.com a clear picture showing the damage.
We cannot guarantee the exact dimensions of our products. Due to the manufacturing process, it is possible that there can be slight differences in the quoted vs. actual dimensions. A refund will only be issued if the dimensional difference makes the product unusable for intended purposes. If a quality related issue is being filed after 14 days of receipt and within 1 year of purchase, you agree to bear the freight costs of transit back to our nearest warehouse facility. If our inspectors confirm there is a quality related defect, you will receive a full refund and not be responsible for the freight charges. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, EHO Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you. If the customer refuses a shipment not due to damage or defect, they are responsible for the full purchase price of their order.
Colors/Shades We do not guarantee color, tone, shades, or finishes on any item because screen settings may vary from computer to computer.
Limitation of Liability EHO Studios shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, or the performance of the products, even if EHO Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no case shall EHO Studios be held liable in case of later delivery than quoted.
Notice EHO will notify reseller on status and miscellaneous information concerning an order through email.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EHO Studios, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct).
Warranty: EHO Studios provides a 1 year guarantee on all furniture against defects in construction. This warranty does not apply to customer abuse or negligence. The warranty does not cover fabric wear-ability or color fastness for upholstered items. If a structural defect is brought to our attention within 1 year of delivery, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. There will be no charge to the customer for parts and labor, there will be a charge for transportation however.
